The Keep in Step Group holds one meeting a week in Lecanto on Tuesday at 12:00 PM (Noon). The meetings are held at Unity Church.The meetings are Closed Step Study Meetings and handicapped accessible.

Nature Coast intergroup is a non- profit organization of an association of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) groups in Citrus County, Florida, which exists to help those groups carry the message to the alcoholic that still suffers.
